IMS for Orthodontics allows patients to be checked in by staff members or by using a patient Check-In station. Practices wishing to be completely paperless and increase efficiency will want to take advantage of a patient check-in station.
Using a touch screen, mouse or other device, patients enter there last name along with birth month and date to sign in. Next the patient is shown there image along with instructions that were entered by the staff for the particular type of procedure that this patient is coming in for. Check-in time is automatically recorded and the chair side staff is alerted, via the On-Deck screen.
There are 19 standard checkin screens to choose from. A templating system allows for easy cutomization by each individual office. |
